The TSA Hazardous Materials Endorsement Threat Assessment Program conducts a security threat assessment for any driver seeking to obtain, renew, or transfer a hazardous materials endorsement (HME) on a state-issued commercial drivers license (CDL).
The program was implemented to meet the requirements of the PATRIOT Act (pdf, 848KB), which prohibits states from issuing a license to transport hazardous materials in commerce unless a determination has been made that the driver does not pose a security risk. The Act further requires that the risk assessment include checks of criminal history records, legal status, and relevant international databases.
If you seek to obtain, renew, or transfer an HME on your CDL, you must apply for a security threat assessment. TSA rules require you to begin applying for the security threat assessment at least 30 days prior to the expiration of your CDL.

DNA TESTING
Every person (with the exception of identical twins) has a unique genetic code identified by DNA (DeoxyriboNucleic Acid) found in each cell in the body. Genes come in different forms and sizes and are referred to as "alleles". For each gene location, every person has two different sized alleles, one inherited from the mother, and one inherited from the biological father. When the alledged father's allele sizes do NOT match the child's on at least three differnt genes, the paternity test proves conclusively that the tested man is NOT the biological father. When the tested man's alleles match all of the child's genes, the probability of paternity is determined. We work with GENTITICA DNA LABORATORIES, INC., the first fully accredited DNA Laboratory to guarantee the accuracy of test results. There are 'over the counter' DNA tests available to the public now, but what they don't want you to know is that although it seems cheaper, you still have to pay the 'lab' fee which can be quite costly, and most importantly, because it is not being collected by a trained DNA collector, DNA is easily transfered, and therefore the tests are not accurate and will not be accepted in a court of law. Genetica's results are to accuracy greater than 99.9%, making them the highest accuracy of any laboratory in the industry!
